- All tags must still be attached.
- The item remains unworn and in its original condition.
- Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, your refund will generally be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Steps for Returning an Item
If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Including any necessary documentation will help us process your return faster. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Processing
Refunds are usually issued within 5 to 7 business days using the same payment method you selected during checkout.
Partial Refunds

Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.
